Linda Copeland, President

Linda's award-winning career within the Management Recruiters organization began in 1983. Linda has been highly successful as an account executive in three specialty areas: office operations; insurance; and building products. While an account executive, Linda earned recognition as Regional Rookie, Regional Account Executive of the year and as Pacesetter. Linda came to the search business from a career as an educator. She received her B.S.ed degree from the University of New Mexico and has done post-graduate work at U.N.M. and at Our Lady of the Lake University. For six years, Ms. Copeland served as a field training manager for Management Recruiters International before founding Management Recruiters of Houston-Northeast. Linda now maintains her own key accounts while handling the hiring and training of staff.

Gates Copeland, VP, Managing Partner

Gates heads up the Lumber/Building products division. His successful 30-year career in the forest products industry in production, sales, sales management, and plant management give him the ability to match the right employee to the right company. His work as a billing manager has earned Gates recognition as one of the Top Ten Billing Managers in the Southwest Region. Gates focuses on search assignments for the forest and building products arenas. He has successfully completed search assignments in all phases of the business, including: engineering; production; maintenance; sales; quality control; safety; human resources; plant management; and top level executives. His candidates are supervisors, superintendents, plant managers, engineers, sales representatives, sales managers, human resource managers, divisional leaders, vice presidents, CEOs, and all other positions related to lumber and panelboard manufacturing, building materials distribution, or to the moulding/millwork area.
